Ty Ogata
VICE PRESIDENT
Ty was a 1983 graduate at Borah where he competed in football, baseball, and wrestling. Ty went on to play football at Boise State University graduating with his BS.
He furthered his education graduating from Life University in Atlanta, Georgia with his Doctor of Chiropractic Degree. His time in Atlanta offered a wonderful opportunity to work with the Atlanta Falcons NFL team. In 2000, Ty and his wife Tarrie, daughter Tenisyn and son Kase returned to Idaho to start his private practice in Boise. Upon returning back to Idaho Ty was able to begin his practice and work with all of the athletics at BSU. In 2001, Ty and his wife welcomed twin daughters Taite and Jaidyn.
Ty attributes his time with Coach Dee Pankratz and his teammates as life changing. He learned a winning tradition obtained through hard work accepting no excuses. They had a brotherhood of strong leaders that pushed for excellence and achieved greatness. Those lessons he learned at Borah have assisted him throughout his life and career.
Presently Ty is still in private practice in Boise and continues his work as the Boise State University Football Team Chiropractor.
